On 22^nd January, An Expert Group of Wuzhou Clean Production Audit come to assess clean production audit with us “Gaungxi Wuzhou Sunwatt Battery Co., Ltd”. At the same day, the group accompanied by the relevant personnel of the workshop to production site, the company sewage treatment pond, and various environmental facilities, with carring out a detailed inspection tour. After that, we hold a meeting in fifth floor of our conference room for the Clean Production Audit Assessment. Minister of the department of mechanical power safety and environmental protection Mr. Zhang Jieming, carried out a introduction of clean production as we were. Wuzhou Sunwatt Battery Company, through effective organization to carry out clean production, the implementation of nine free / low-cost projects and five medium / high cost projects, which no / low cost projects a total investment of 83,200 RMB, can create benefits of 42,500 RMB / year, water-saving 2777 tons, energy-saving 72380kWh. Medium / high cost projects a total investment of 350,000 RMB, is expected to save the amount of 294,600 RMB/year, energy-saving 72380kWh, reducing 14.73 kg of mercury in used, reducing the amount of mercury treatment 7.128kg, reducing the total mercury emissions concentration of 1.0-2.0 (μg / L), and reducing the emissions of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater. Currently, the company has successfully completed the recent target of clean production, and achieved considerable economic and environmental profits.

After listening to the reports and on-site verification, the experts agreed that the focus of this clean production audit is correct and the goal is reasonable, and agreed the assessment passed.
